Who is responsible

Orozco Development is responsible for processing your personal data. We work remotely, so the way to reach us about anything in this notice is:

What data we collect

This website has no user accounts and no forms. We receive personal data when you choose to contact us, and automatically through the technologies described below when you visit the site:

  • Contact data you send us by WhatsApp or email: your name, email address or phone number, and your message
  • Project information you choose to share so we can assess your case
  • Technical data your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, kept in standard server logs and in the analytics tools described below
  • We do not ask for sensitive personal data

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. It sets cookies in your browser and collects usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings
  • If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode until you accept in the banner: it sets no cookies and stores no identifier, and only limited, non-identifying signals reach Google. Accepting allows its cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser and you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Blocking these tools does not change how the site works

What we use it for

We use your data only for these purposes:

  • To reply to your message and schedule the intro call
  • To prepare a quote for the project you ask about
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it
  • To keep a record of our conversation while we work together
  • We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising

Who receives your data

To talk with you we rely on services that process data on our behalf. They may process it outside Mexico:

  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you message us there
  • Your email provider and ours, when you email us
  • Google (Google Analytics), when you visit this site
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it (cancellation) or oppose its use, at any time and free of charge. These are known as ARCO rights.

  • Send your request to the email above
  • Tell us your name, how to reach you and which right you want to exercise
  • We answer within the time the law sets

Limiting use of your data

To stop receiving messages from us or to limit how we use your data, write to the email above and we will act on it.
