No. We run both systems in parallel and the final switch happens in a short window, usually outside business hours. Before that day you have already tested the new system with your real data, and we have a plan to go back to the old one if something doesn't go as expected.

It's migrated in full and verified: we count records, compare totals and check cases you know well. Before we start we take a backup of the current system that stays with you. Nothing is deleted from the old system until you confirm the new one is right.

No, it's the most common case. We start by reading the code and the database to reconstruct what it does, and we validate that with you and with the people who use it every day. That assessment is valuable even if you decide not to migrate yet, because it shows you where the risks are.

We can, but we recommend doing it afterwards. First we move what you have and confirm it works the same; then, on a modern foundation, adding new features or AI is much easier and cheaper. Mixing the two is the fastest way to make a migration drag on.
