These terms cover the use of this website and the general way we quote and deliver projects. The details of each project are agreed in writing with each client.

Using this website
This website is informational. It describes our services and may change without notice. Nothing on it is a binding offer.
Quotes and projects
Every project is quoted after a free 15-minute call, and the price is fixed before work starts. Scope, deliverables and dates are agreed in writing for each project.
- Delivery times start once the content we need from you is ready
- Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted as a separate stage
- Projects are fixed-scope, not billed by the hour; advisory sessions are billed by the hour
Ownership of the work
At the end of a project you receive the full code and access to everything we set up for you. There is no lock-in and no hidden subscription.
Support after launch
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support at no extra cost. After that, monthly maintenance or hourly support is quoted separately.
Advisory sessions
The first advisory session is free and later sessions are billed by the hour. If we recommend a tool, we take no commission on it.
Content and screenshots
Screenshots of client projects show those clients' websites and remain theirs. We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors.
