Your domain, in your name and configured right from day one

Buying a domain takes five minutes. Setting it up properly is another story: the site loading with and without www, email that doesn't land in spam, nobody being able to send email pretending to be you, and the domain not expiring on a Friday night. We help you pick the domain, register it in your name and configure everything. If you already have one, we check that it's in order.

Frequently asked questions

Whose name is the domain registered under?

Always yours or your company's, in a registrar account you own. It's the most common mistake we see: the designer or a friend bought the domain in their account, the relationship ends, and getting it back becomes a long process. We work with collaborator access and hand everything over at the end.

Should I get a .com or a country domain like .mx?

If your customers are in one country, its domain builds trust and tells Google where you are. If you sell internationally, .com is usually the better choice. It's often worth registering both and redirecting one to the other so nobody else takes the one you skipped. On the call we check what's available and what makes sense for you.

I already have a domain. Can you set it up?

Yes. We check where it's registered, in whose name, when it expires and how the DNS is configured. If your email lands in spam or your site doesn't open with www, it's almost always configuration and can be fixed without switching providers. If moving to another registrar makes sense, we explain why before doing it.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and why do I need them?

They are records on your domain that tell Gmail, Outlook and others which servers may send email on your behalf. Without them your emails are more likely to land in spam, and anyone can send messages that look like they came from you, such as a fake invoice to your customers. Setting them up correctly takes little time and saves a lot of trouble.
